Research and Development Simulation

Numerical simulation methods have become one of the important methods for studying various flow problems and conducting engineering design.

Our company uses CFD simulation to analyze the performance parameters of the fan, accurately calculates the impact of each blade angle change on the air volume and energy efficiency ratio; Provide the most ideal fan with the same air volume and different inlet and outlet pressure changes;

Simulate and calculate the ventilation situation of the building based on the different building environments of the customers, in order to provide the optimal, most reasonable, and energy-saving ventilation mode.

R&D Validation

Wind tunnel laboratory, in compliance with GB/T-1236, ISO5801 and other standards, accurately tests fan airflow, pressure, energy efficiency ratio and other information, combined with CFD flow field simulation calculations, converts theory into real products

The laboratory is based on computers and can quickly and accurately measure and calculate fan data such as fan flow rate, fan total pressure, fan static pressure, fan power, energy efficiency ratio, and speed.
